'Kung Fu Panda 2' has received rave reviews for its exceptional story line, character development, humor, and phenomenal vocal performance which was sung by Jack Black. If you are a fan of martial arts films then you definitely do not want to miss out on this movie! So without any further ado lets get started with our review... In Kung Fu Panda 2 Furious Five member Tigress is kidnapped by the villainous snake leader Youpi in order to gain her father's secret techniques. Po must take on the role of peacemaker and team up with Master Shifu and his other kung fu masters for a rescue mission. ONLINE REVIEW: 'Kung Fu Panda 2' is a very entertaining movie, which is made even better with the presence of Jack Black as Po's sidekick, which makes it even more appealing. The story line is very well executed and takes you to several different locations and has many exciting elements to keep you entertained. It was released in the US about a month ago, but its been showing in theaters across the globe since 2010. I must admit that I didn't know what to expect from the movie when I first watched it, but after going in to it completely blind, I was pleasantly surprised at all of its elements. Its a great family film which appeals to many demographics and has a good message about friendship and teamwork. All of the characters in this movie are well developed and have a lot on them, which makes them very likable. Some of the jokes were really on point, like how at one part Po finds himself trapped on an ice floe without his kung fu skills! Another aspect that was good is that although it is your typical Kung Fu Panda movie, there are some elements that make it different than other movies like this which also adds to its appeal. Overall I found this to be a highly entertaining movie, which had good acting, fantastic fight scenes, and a solid story line.
